What separates the good photos from the average photos is usually the lighting. Had this photo been taken at another time of day, it just wouldn't have had the same impact. But the backlighting, which illuminates the couple and the ground beautifully while creating great shadow for the background so that the couple stands out, is what really makes this photo...

ya, it looks great and the lighting just focuses the eye. the blue of the dome thing is actually really interesting.

Absolutely beautiful photograph. I love the exposure and the cropping is right on the money- I'm sure this couple will cherish this photo for a life time. Great work.

oh, VERY nice. you probably have a way better camera than me XDXD i can aford a nice one, but im saving up. i hope to become a photographer someday. but i love this shot, the contrasts and colors are wonderful, very professional.

lol, it was definitely *not* the camera that made this shot, it was mostly the time of day and the lighting, the background being dark, and then a bit of photoshop to bring out the colors and make it look truly etherial... I shot with a D70, for the record, but I probably could have arrived at the same image with a P&S if it had a decent zoom...
